The PardeSantos Referral Program lets partners (brokers, real estate agents, notaries, municipal agents and similar) earn a commission for referring prospects who close a purchase. By registering, the partner accepts these terms.
1. Commission
The partner will receive a commission of 7% (seven percent) of the sale value of the product actually closed and settled by a prospect referred and registered by that partner.
2. Referral registration
For a referral to be valid, the prospect must be registered by the partner through the site form or the agreed channel, before that prospect has initiated contact on their own. If the same prospect is referred by more than one partner, the first to register them will be recognized.
3. Payment conditions
- The commission is earned only when the sale has been paid in full (not on reservations, deposits or cancelled sales).
- Commission payment will be made within a reasonable period after full settlement of the sale, by the means the parties agree (including, if agreed, payment in crypto).
- If a sale is cancelled, refunded or not closed, no commission is earned.
4. Nature of the relationship
The program does not create an employment, subordination, partnership or agency relationship between the partner and PardeSantos. The partner acts on their own behalf as an independent referrer and is responsible for any tax obligations arising from the commissions received.
5. Partner conduct
The partner agrees to present product information truthfully, without making performance, durability or warranty promises that are not backed in writing by PardeSantos.
6. Changes and term
PardeSantos may modify or terminate the program at any time, honoring commissions already earned on sales closed before the change.
7. Data processing
Partner and referred-prospect data are processed under our Privacy Notice.
