This document governs the use of this website and the conditions of the commercial information presented on it, operated by Oscaromargp under the brand PardeSantos ("we"). By using the site, you accept these Terms.
1. Nature of the information
Information about the COUVA 6×6 model (prices, dimensions, specifications, timelines and availability) is informational and promotional. It does not constitute a binding offer. The firm quote, manufacturing and delivery timelines, and final technical specifications are formalized only in the written quote and, where applicable, the corresponding purchase agreement.
2. Prices and payments
Prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN). The shipping cost shown is a reference for Puerto Escondido; the actual cost depends on the destination and is confirmed in the quote. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Foundation and final site connections are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Crypto payments
We accept payment in XRP, USDT, TRX, BTC and ETH in addition to traditional methods. The amount due is determined in its MXN equivalent at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction. The buyer is responsible for network fees and for verifying the destination address. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network.
4. Rent and return estimates
Any rental income or return-on-investment estimate (including the site calculator) is purely illustrative, based on public market data, and is not a return guarantee. Actual results depend on factors outside our control.
5. Permits and land use
Obtaining permits and licenses and verifying land use (including ejido land or the federal maritime zone) is the land owner's responsibility. We may provide guidance without assuming legal responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos and trademarks shown belong to their owners and may not be reproduced without authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions made based on the promotional information herein, without prejudice to obligations assumed in a formal purchase agreement.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the controller's domicile.
